The material

Silicon capacity.Carbon stability.

Silicon stores far more lithium than graphite, but on its own it loses electrical contact as it expands. Our Silicon–Carbon Composites surround each silicon particle with a carbon network, so energy stays accessible charge after charge.

  • Higher energy — silicon-based capacity well beyond conventional graphite.
  • Conductive network — carbon keeps electrons flowing between particles.
  • Cycle stability — carbon coating helps protect particles over repeated cycling.
  • Made in India — produced at our Si anode pilot plant in Odisha.

Why carbon matters

Engineered at theparticle level.

Each design choice targets a real challenge of using silicon in commercial lithium-ion cells.

01

Conductive Carbon Network

A carbon coating links silicon particles together, maintaining reliable electron pathways throughout the electrode.

02

Protected Silicon Surface

The carbon shell helps limit unwanted side reactions with the electrolyte and supports particle integrity.

03

Higher Energy Density

Silicon-based capacity enables more energy in the same cell volume — ideal for high-performance designs.
